New Halloween product and The Mummy!

Well, I have finally made it back to my blog. I have been very sick and for some reason I can't shake it. Still have lots of dr. visits left to get some help. I know you can relate when I say, being sick is getting really old very quickly! I have things to do and no time to be sick! Oh well, enough whining from me, Wah,Wah! I know this probably sounds strange, but I have to say that working on stuff for TpT helps me forget about being sick and helps me forget about the pain. Does that sound nuts??!  I have completed my Halloween unit for literacy and math. I started on it a while back and haven't felt like finishing it, but I realized this weekend that Halloween will be here before you know it and I haven't made many items. Halloween is my favorite!! I don't like all the new kind of scary movies they make now(Paranormal and all that stuff). I grew up watching the original scary movies! Boris Karloff as The Mummy and Bela Lugosi as Dracula! That's what I'm talkin' about!! Oh, I almost forgot The Creature From the Black Lagoon! My sisters and I used to scream as he was carrying the damsel in distress into the lagoon, now that is scary! Thinking about all my favorite scary creatures helped me create my new product for TpT. Take a look below!

Click on the picture to go to my store and check it out! Here are a few more pics!

Hope you like it as much as I enjoyed making it!!

  2. Teresa, you sound so much like me! This is my 29th year teaching, and this is only my second year in 2nd grade. It was such a challenge last year. This year, I have been on medical leave and have not even seen my kids. I'm hoping I can go back after Christmas. I hope your medical problems get straightened out. Like so many people say to me, "Hang in there."

  3. Hi, Teresa! I'd noticed that you haven't been on the TPT forum as much lately and wondered if you were okay. Then I read Cynthia's "Boo'd!" post (doesn't she just come up with the best ideas??) and found out that you haven't been well. It stinks to miss school time, but put yourself first this time ... rest, relax, get it taken care of, and feel better! Very soon!!

  4. I hope you're feeling better.......I agree that it's horrible to be sick for so long. I've been sick the majority of the school year so far!

I enjoy your blog and these games look great!
